Blue Lake Superior is our newest Blue Lake type bush bean. This bean
brings all the flavor that a blue lake is known for but with improved
characteristics. It has a better upright plant architecture with less floppy
tendencies, a disease package, and uniform pods. Low pod fiber also
means this is an excellent variety for home canning, pickling, or freezing.
Overall: higher yield, improved plant architecture, refined pod. Excellent
variety for the home garden market or anyone looking for an improved
Blue Lake type.
